International Internship Programs (IIP) is an international educational consortium with nearly 30 years of experience in international exchange. Since 1979, we has placed over 16,000 participants into successful cultural exchange opportunities and professional training programs in more than 53 countries. Our mission is to promote international understanding through the exchange of knowledge, experience and culture.

Our offices are based in Tokyo from where we coordinate all our partipants from across Asia. Currently we serve Japan, Korea and China, with a growing interest from other parts of Asia, including Thailand,Vietnam, Taiwan, Nepal and more.
