About iiP
International Internship Programs (IIP) is an international consortium with over 30 years experience facilitating cultural exchange in educational and professional settings. Since 1979, we has placed over 16,000 participants in more than 53 countries worldwide. Our mission is to promote international understanding through the exchange of knowledge, skills and friendship.
From our office in Tokyo we coordinate partipants from across Asia. Our current initiatives enable visitors from Japan, Korea and China to spend up to one year working alongside communities overseas in highly rewarding exchanges. Each placement is tailored to the skills, needs and interests of both host and visitor. IIP works closely with all parties to ensure the opportunity reaches its full potential and delivers the greatest mutual benefits.
