Presenters Program
Depending
on where you live, applying to join a program will follow a slightly
different route. Please email
us and we will put you in touch with one of our representatives
in your country - please be sure to tell us your exact location
including the city where you live. If you are a university student,
there may already be a representative at your school, so please
let us know where you are studying too.
Your local
representative will be able to provide the latest details regarding
schedules, fees and other conditions. Our representatives work
very closely with us and will be able to explain the application
process in detail, but if you do have any questions, please do
not hesitate to let us know.
In the meantime,
you may be interested to know more about the people who have joined
us before. Please check out: photos

IIP Presenters
come from diverse backgrounds and are screened on the basis of
their personality, communicative ability and purpose in participating.
Typically, most presenters are in their 20's and 30's and are
in, or have recently graduated from, higher education. Although
some may have experience as teachers in their own country, most
presenters are ordinary citizens, who are eager to share their
culture and language as volunteer teaching assistants.
International Presenters
are deeply committed to sharing their culture and language with
the world through a diverse range of activities, but some additional
reasons they may join the program include:
- Improving communication and foreign language skills
- Learning about educational systems overseas
- Challenging themselves in preparation for future careers
- Experiencing daily life in another culture and developing an
international mind-set
